End-to-end custom prototyping of a high-pressure fluid adapter assembly. Features precision multi-axis lathe turning, counterbored fastening recesses, and a circumferential TIG weld connecting the turned sleeve to the base flange. Completed with a black-anodized billet top cap, recessed hex fasteners, and a precision banjo bolt fluid line fitting.
